Using Pinterest to Save Money, Time, and Live Life Large

About

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

I’m Shelly, a forty-something (though my mind is stuck at 25) resident of Pataskala, Ohio, an exurb of Columbus. Working full-time at a non-profit may not make me rich, but I feel like I’m helping make the world a better place.

It also keeps me busy, since I also have two wonderful children and a husband who is disabled. They are also my joy, and I love spending time with them, laughing and experiencing life.

My life is not without challenges. I have chronic migraines and I had a stroke 17 years ago. Right after I had my stroke someone told me that eventually I would be glad that it happened. I thought they were crazy, but now I realize they were right. These challenges in life make us kinder, gentler people and help us get our priorities straight.

My blog is about how I use Pinterest to help me in meeting all my priorities. Soon after signing up for Pinterest, I became pin happy—semi-obsessed with using Pinterest to save money, save time, look for fun things to do with my family, make myself and my home beautiful and basically improve my life.

Join me and my family as we try out recipes, cleaning ideas, beauty tips and home décor… and enjoy a laugh or two along the way.

To make it all the better, I’m learning so much from all the other amazing bloggers out there and I truly appreciate my readers. Please let me know what you think. I’d be glad to hear from you.

Happy pinning!

Shelly
